玉米孤雌生殖单倍体加倍技术研究进展 被引量:39

Research Progress of Haploid Doubling Technology on Maize

摘要 玉米单倍体育种技术能显著加快育种进程。单倍体高效率加倍是单倍体技术能否广泛应用于育种实践的关键因素。综述了单倍体加倍的主要方法,介绍常用的秋水仙素化学加倍技术,对其他细胞分裂抑制剂也做了简要介绍,并对今后的单倍体加倍研究进行了展望。 Application of haploid technology can significantly accelerate the breeding process in maize breeding.Currently,widely application of this technology depends on the haploid doubling efficiency.It was reviewed that the main methods of chromosome doubling in maize,including the commonly used colchicine,as well as other microtubule inhibitors.Perspectives on chromosome doubling were also mentioned.
