A Simple Method for Single Fungal Spore Isolation

摘要 研究一种简便、实用、高效的病原真菌单孢分离法——挑针转移法,即用尖细而光滑的挑针从培养物或标样上挑取孢子,将其转移到清水琼脂块上,然后挑取分散的单个孢子转移到另一琼脂块上获得单孢。通过对多种真菌的分离表明,该法操作简便,成功率可达90%以上。 This paper presented a method to isolate single fungal spore_dissect needle removing spore method.Spores were removed directly from culture or disease sample using sterilized dissect needle and placed in water agar piece.Single spore then was picked and removed to next water agar piece.Finally,water agar piece containing single spore were cultured until spore reached a clear colony.The method was simple,convenient and practical on fungi dis-ease research.The whole isolation procedure only involved in some s...
