摘要
利用水比重法测定淀粉含量,对从国内外收集引进的382份马铃薯资源进行鉴定,筛选出40份高淀粉含量种质资源。通过对其抗病性、耐贮性等进行综合评价,筛选出Colmo、Spunta、Gasore、NS51-5和克新15号共5份高抗马铃薯晚疫病、耐贮藏性强、高淀粉含量、芽眼浅的优异马铃薯种质资源。
Three hundred and eighty two potato germplasm collected both at home and abroad were screened for high content of crude starch.Forty germplasm selected with high content of starch were evaluated further for disease resistance and storage ability.Through comprehensive evaluation,5 germplasm including Colmo,Spunta,Gasore,NS51-5 and Kexin 15 with high resistance to potato late blight(LB),good storage ability,high starch content and shallow eyes were identified.
