摘要
将36头经产荷斯坦奶牛随机分成4组,对照组喂基础日粮,富硒益生菌(selenium-enriched probiotics,Se-Pro)组添加108.2g Se-Pro/头·天,亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)组添加5mg Se/头·天,益生菌(probiotics,Pro)组添加20.8g Pro/头·天。试验期为产前30d至产后3个月。于试验第0、30、60、90和120d,采血样分析全血的Se含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)活性;于产后第30、60和90d,采乳样进行乳房炎和体细胞数(SCC)检测。结果显示,Se-Pro组和Na2SeO3组的全血Se含量和GPx活性均显著高于对照组和Pro组(P<0.05);Se-Pro组的全血Se含量和GPx活性(第30d除外)均显著高于Na2SeO3组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,Se-Pro组、Na2SeO3组和Pro组的乳房炎乳区阳性率分别下降了35%、30%和20%;平均SCC由低到高排序为:Se-Pro组<Na2SeO3<Pro组<对照组。结果表明,Se-Pro的作用效果优于Na2SeO3和Pro。
