装载量对月季切花真空预冷主要品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对不同装载量(20、50、120支)的月季切花在17.804kPa·min-1的降压速率下进行真空预冷处理,分别在预冷前、预冷后、冷藏(1℃,2d)后和瓶插第6d其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,过氧化物酶(POD)活性,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,丙二醛(MDA)含量,细胞膜透性以及相对含水量(RWC)等指标进行检测,研究装载量对真空预冷月季切花主要品质的影响。结果表明,20支处理鲜切花的瓶插寿命比120支处理高出1.7d。和120支处理相比较,20和50支处理能够保持相对较高的SOD、POD、CAT活性和相对含水量,保持相对低的电导率(EL)和MDA含量,这和瓶插寿命分析结果一致。试验结果对切花真空预冷尤其是工艺参数的选择有价值。 Cut roses with different loadings were treated by vacuum cooling under a pressure reduction rate 17.804 kPa·min-1.SOD,POD,CAT,MDA,EL,RWC and vase life were measured in order to study the effect of loadage on the main quality of vacuum-cooled rose.Results showed that the activity of SOD,POD,CAT and the RWC of 20 and 50 flowes treatment were higher than 120 flows treatment,the EL and the content of MDA were lower than 120 flowes treatment,these results were consistent with the analysis of vase life,which show...
