农地是重要资源,它关系到粮食生产安全,关系到新农村建设,关系到全面小康社会的实现,在推进城镇现代化过程中必须从战略的高度提高保护农田耕地的思想认识。必须从贯切科学发展观的高度,对侵占农田、破坏耕地的种种现象采取强有力措施,加大法律监督、政策订执行的力度,确保18亿亩耕地红线。

Formland is an important resource,it relates to food production security,the new rural construction,the realization of a comprehensive society,the awareness of protecting farmland should be increased from the perspective of strategy.According to the scientific concept of development,tough measures should be taken to prevent the farmland from being occupied and destroyed.Legal supervision and adoption of policy should be strengthed so as to protect the 1.8 billion farmland.
