摘要
在经济发展过程中,面临着环境污染、生态遭受破坏的严重问题。必须制定和建立环境税收法律制度,并健全配套措施,确保多方面配合,才能有效地治理污染,改善生态环境,才能使全国经济、社会和生态全面、持续的发展。
In the process of economy developing,faced with serious problems of environmental pollution and ecological destruction.Must develop and establish an environmental tax law system,improve the coordinated measures,ensure co-ordination to effectively control pollution and improve the ecological environment,which can make national economic,social and ecological comprehensive and sustainable development.
