普通高校职教师资培养浅论

职业技术教育的重要地位使得职教师资的培养也格外重要,本文就职教师资的培养提出了若干见解,认为结合时代特色,在普通高校介入职教师资培养有其必要性与合理性,并就职教师资培养的模式创新提出了借鉴国外先进经验的意见。

The importance of the vocational education shows that the teachers train plays an important role in the field of education in China. This paper presents some suggestions on the subject of teachers train in the new mode which takes advantage of the common colleges and universities. The authour points out the necessities and rationalities of such mode and suggests that we attach importance to practise in other countries.
