我国内地高新技术企业在近些年来取得了巨大的发展,规模不断壮大。但总体来看,我国的高新技术企业相对来说还是规模小、实力薄弱,CEPA实施的影响总体看来利大于弊,机遇与挑战并存。我们应该抓住机遇,迎接挑战,尽快的发展壮大我们的高新技术企业。

China interior high and new technology enterprises have got a great development in recent years and the scale grows gradually. But in overall, our high and new technology enterprises are relatively small and weak. Execution of CEPA brings us more advantages than harm, opportunity and challenge exist simultaneously. We should seize the opportunity and welcome the challenge, develop and strengthen our high and new technology enterprises as soon as possible.
