Chinese culture, the source and base of our development, is the ?land? for us to settle down sand get on with our work; Chinese, our mother tongue, is the second most commonly used international language. As regards the present state of Chinese writing, however, there exist quite a lot of problems which must be taken seriously and need to be straightened out and put in order.
