摘要
教育城域网已经成为国内教育信息化建设的一个主要应用方向.本文从网络、资源、应用三个方面探 讨了建设可运营教育城域网,提出以投资的观念建设教育城域网,使之可有效管理和可持续发展.
ECAN(education on the city area net) has been a main trend in the construction of educational information all over the country . This essay probes how to build a ECAN which can be operated profitably from these aspects : net , resource and, application. It puts forward the viewpoint of building the ECAN by investment to enable it ,s effective management and continuous development .
