This paper introduces the features of the WWW technology, and the advantages of introducing it to the system for computer-based instruction. Finally the author presents a model of system for computer-based instruction by using the technology of WWW, this model novel,unique and intelligent, embodies strategy of active study and persoality study, and will bring about the new opportunity for the design of C'AI courseware.
