摘要
交际教学法自20世纪80年代引入到我国来,目前已成为我国的主流教学法,但经过十多年的教学实践及探索,我们发现交际教学法也存在许多问题;尤其是近年来,各大院校都在不断扩大招生,大班上课现象普遍存在,交际教学法已经不能满足当前我国大学英语教学的现状。鉴于此,本文提出大学英语教学法不应走单一化道路,而应实现教学法的优化组合;提倡交际教学法与语法教学法相结合,从而促进大学英语教学的发展。
The Communicative Method(CM)has been the main foreign language te aching(FLT)method in China since it was introduced into the country in 1980s.However,after more than ten yea rs' practice and exploration in academi c English teaching,we found there are still deficiencies in the CM.Especially,in recent years,almost all the univers ities and academies enlarged their enrollment,more than 50or even 70students are taught in t he same class at the same time,for whi ch the CM does not fit.For such a case,the article p roposes that we should realize the combination of the CM and the Grammatic al Teaching Method,with their advantages combi ning together,in order to push our academic English teaching forward.
