摘要
现代篮球比赛,由于防守战术的发展,防守面积的扩大和队员身体素质的提高,使投篮技术也有了很 大的发展和提高.本文从篮球比赛的规律出发,就投篮技术的发展特点及其训练提出了自己的一些见解.
In modern basketball matches, because of the development of defending tactics, the enlargement of defending area and the improvement of players' physical quality, there are great development and improvement in basketball skills. From the point of law of basketball matches, the author put forward some ideas on the development characteristics and training of basketball skills.
