摘要
当前 ,交警执法行为不规范的现象较为突出 ,不仅损害了人民警察的形象 ,而且影响了政府的声誉。影响交警执法规范的因素主要有主观因素、体制因素、保障因素 ,交管部门应从强化领导 ,提高民警素质 ,加强执法监督等方面加强执法规范化建设。
At present,traffic police's irregular law enforcement is very serious. It not only damages image of police but also affects government's reputation. Factors which cause traffic police's irregular law enforcement are subjective factors,systematic factors,assuring factors. Traffic organs should stress the construction of regular law enforcement through strengthening leading,improving police's quality and reinforcing supervision to law enforcement.
