摘要
作为有组织犯罪的两种组织形式,团伙犯罪组织与黑社会性质组织之间有着不可分割的联系。文章通过对我国近16年来团伙犯罪组织的调查分析,根据有组织由低级向高级的演变规律,进而对我国黑社会性质犯罪组织的走势从总体方面、犯罪组织化程度方面、经济领域活动的趋势方面、政治领域活动方面以及势力范围方面进行了分析。
As two forms of organized crime, gang crime and the underworld crime have inseparable relation with each other. The paper, by way of investigation of Chinese gang crime in recent 16 years and the underworld crime evolved from low to high level, analyzed the developing trend of the underworld crime in China in respects of general situations,the situations of crime systematization, economic field,political field and influence sphere.
