随着科学技术的发展,电子证据悄然走进刑事诉讼领域。我国的相关法律法规虽然已对刑事电子证据制度作出了初步规定,但是这些规定还存在许多不足之处。文章从电子证据的归属、收集和证明力等方面论述了我国刑事电子证据制度的完善方向。

With the development of science and technology,electronic evidence has moved into the area of criminal litigation.Relative laws and regulations have been provided in the system of criminal electronic evidence in China.This paper dissertates the direction of our criminal electronic evidence system from the classification.collection and corroboration of electronic evidence.
