摘要
衡量法治社会的指标不仅体现在法律作为工具的合理性上,更应该表现为法律在现实生活中的运行状况以及人们对法律的信任与关爱程度。法学教育的出发点和依归最终要落实到对法律信仰的教育上来。作为执行与维护法律的未来公安民警,在接受法学教育的大学期间应当养成对法律坚定的信仰。这不仅是时代的需要,更重要的是由于他们特殊的身份而影响到法律在实际生活中的效益。因此,加强公安院校大学生法律信仰理念的建构有着重要的时代意义。
The index sign that measure the rule of law society not only the law to be used as the rational tool,but should also expresses the state of operation,and the law trust of people and the love degree.The departure point and the distinction of law education should come up to the law belief education at last.As the public security official to carry out and maintain the law in the future, when they accept the law education in the period of university education,they should be educated the firm law belief.This is not only the demand of the time,but more important is because of their special body,which affect he law in the performance in the real life.Therefore,enhancing the construction of law belief education in the police institution become more and more important in the times.
