The Mental State of Moral Quality in Police Academy from the Views of Law

警察院校学生的品德中,应有“法”的元素,因为警察职业与法有着天然联系。警察院校学生品德中“忠诚、纪律、正义、廉洁、文明”中具有法的内涵。在法学教学中应不断地渗透,把学生的法制心理塑造作为法学教学的一个重要内容来对待,有意识地培养学生正确的执法理念。警察院校的法学教师,不仅要担当起传授法学知识的责任,也应当承担起塑造学生良好的警察职业品德心理的责任。

The student's moral qualities in Police Academy should include the element of the law, because the profession has a natural relation with the law. The qualities of loyalty, discipline, justice, incorrupt, civilization have the connection of the law. Shaping the mind of legal system is an important content in law teaching in order to cultivate consciously the student the idea of enforcing the law rightly. The law teacher in Police Academy should not only take the duty of instructing law knowledge, but also take the duty of shaping the mind of legal system for student.
