A Study on The Sexual Harassment from the Angle of the Civil Law

当前 ,性骚扰已成为各国较为普遍存在的法律问题 ,对此 ,各国立法情况不一。我国目前尚无明确规定 ,如何从民法角度理解性骚扰的含义 ,采取哪些预防措施以及怎样对受害人救济等已成为迫切需要解决的问题。

The sexual harassment has become the widespread legal problems in the whole world,to which the lawmaking is different to each other. Our country have not explict provision still,how to comprehension it in terms of the civil law,what measure shall be adopted to prevent which,and how to give relief to the victims are all the urgent problems that demanded to be resolved.
