Juridical Justice And Media Supervision In Our Country

司法与传媒的关系问题,是社会主义法制建设中一个重要而敏感的问题,它的妥善解决对于实现司法公正和新闻自由都具有十分特殊的意义。我们应当努力建立一套适合我国国情的、规范新闻监督的规则,并使之法律化、制度化,从而最大限度地减小司法公正和传媒监督的冲突,在更深的层次上和更广的领域中实现二者的统一和契合。

The relationship between the jurisdiction and the media is an important and sensitive problem in the socialistic legal system. The appropriate solution of the problem has special significance on the realization of the juridical justice and news freedom. We should try our best to establish a set of regulation about media supervision which suits the condition of our country well and make it legalize and systemize. Only in this way can it reduce the conflict between the justice and the media maximally and realize the unity between them in deeper and wider field.
