With the establishment of socialistic economic system, the vocational higher education seems more important. How can we build this new educational model adapted to the development of our society better? Compare with the traditional jurisprudential education,we should think actively and transform the educational thinking, teaching concept, educational model etc. Those are the keys to make vocational higher jurisprudential education a “cradle' to educate talented persons.
