Harold Berman is a famous jurist on contemporary integrative jurisprudence in America. His thought is very abroad including integrative concept of law ,sociological theory of law,history of law in west,relation of law and religion,etc. He want to study law from dialectic,historical and integrative viewpoint,His main aim is to build a new legal theory which can surpass the traditional three legal schools.
