摘要
法治属于意识形态 ,不同的社会、不同的历史时期有不同的内涵。法治具有良法、法律至上、法律平等、权利本位、正当法律程序、法律不溯及既往。
Rule of law belongs to ideological sphere, and it has different connotation in different societies and different history periods. Rule of law protective status, law superiority, law equality, right standard, proper legal procedure, untrace of the past in law, judicatory independence are all the features of the constitutional government.
