摘要
宪法修正案的通过 ,迫切要求刑事诉讼中进一步加强人权保障。刑事诉讼法之再修改 ,应当完善被追诉人的财产权保护 ,确保公民的合法私有财产不受侵犯 ;并以联合国刑事司法准则为参照 。
It is imperative to reinforce the protection of human-right in criminal procedure when the amendment of constitution is passed by the N P C of China. We should reinforce the protection of the property right and the freedom right of the accused in legislature when amending criminal procedure law again.
