社区矫治的社会学理论分析

传统矫治一般采用封闭式、与世隔绝的监禁刑监狱矫治模式 ,随着社会飞速发展、文明进步、人权以及人性化矫治的提出 ,特别是在我国全面建设小康社会的今天 ,传统矫治模式的局限性也日益暴露出来。社区矫治是近年来兴起的一种新型的矫治模式。社区矫治制度能够克服监禁刑矫治模式存在的诸多弊端 ,有利于提高再社会化质量 ,对于我国完善社会主义市场经济 ,全面建设小康社会 ,建设社会主义政治文明 ,实现人的全面发展有着重要意义。

Community correct is one of the new correct patterns these years. It corrects offenders by putting the offenders in the open environment, such as community, in order to not only correct offenders and display law authority, but also keep offenders up with the social develop and change from offender to social human. So community correct system is important. But we must know that our community correct system is not perfect and it is difficulty for us to found a community correct system suit to us. The article shows us the train of thought, such as sense renews, system guarantee, special organization and staff, division of labor of correlated organization, investigation and research, etc.
