浅议高校资料室建设的现状、对策及其功能

A Tentative Discussion on the Present Situation,Countermeasure and Its Function of the Reference Room Construtiou in College

面对新世纪高校资料室建设存在类型建设和队伍结构不合理,缺乏科学管理等诸多问题,文章从资料室建设的原则、任务及其管理机制等方面提出了解决的对策。并探讨了资料室应为教学、科研、学生、社会服务的发展新方向。

Facing many problems such as the irreasorableness of type constructions and team structures and the lack of scientific management etc in the reference room of college in the new century,the author puts forward the solvable countermeasure according to the priciple,assigment and its management mechanisms of the reference room constructioas,and probes into the development direction that the reference room should serve teaching,scientific rosearch,student and society.
