摘要
我国民营企业的职业化经营已经起步,但法律制度的不完善和文化观念的落后制约了职业化经营的进一步发展。本文仅就法律制度和文化观念方面如何适应民营企业职业化经营,提出以下观点:一、立法保护私有财产;二、加强劳动执法的力度;三、签订规范的聘用合同;四、建立平等的合作关系;五、建立科学的信任关系;六、建立良性的制约关系。
Professional management in the private enterprises has already started in our country,but imperfect of the law system and backward of culture idea restrict its further progress.In this article,the author puts forward the viewpoints on the above mentioned:A.To legislate to protect separate estate;B.To enforce the labour law strictly;C.To sign the employment contract regularly;D.To establish the equal cooperation relation;E.To establish the credit relation scientifically;F.To establish the conditionality relation properly.
