摘要
高校伙食改革已进入向社会化迈进的发展阶段。伙食工作改革进程中,在经营理念上要正确把握经济效益与社会效益关系。在管理机制上要努力做到经济效益与社会效益双兼顾。
The reform of mess management at the university has come to the stage of stepping to socialization.During the reform of mess,from the business concept,a correct grasp should be made on the relationship between the beneficial results of economy and society.And from the management mechanism,an effort should be made to consider both the beneficial results of economy and society.
