体育教学中的教学组织形式是为了实现课的教学目标而确立的师生、生生之间的组织结构及信息交流,人际交往的方式。通过对异质分组教学的研究,针对学生的差异,得出让每个学生都能得到充分发展,提高教学效率的方法。

P.E organization pattern is not only an organization structure between teacher and students,and among students,but a mode of information communication and interspersed relationships.Through studying cross-training teaching and the differences among students,the paper aims to make every student develop fully and to promote education quality.
