基于Internet的教师培训智能支持系统的设计

The Design Intelligent System of Supporting Teachers' Training Based on Internet

教师培训是基础教育课程改革的需要,是教师专业化发展的需要,是教师自身素质提高的需要。针对教师培训的特殊性和当前培训存在的问题,本文试图从知识管理的角度建构培训支持平台,通过知识的共享机制实现隐性知识的显性化,从而最大程度支持教师培训中集体智慧的形成。文章最后就知识管理功能模型、系统架构和多代理构建提出了设计方案。

Teacher training meets the needs of reforming basic course, the development of teachers' specialization, and improvement of teachers' quality. Aiming at the particularity of teacher training and problems existed in current training, the author attempts to construct a supporting platform from the angle of knowledge management, and to realize the externalization of tacit knowledge through knowledge-sharing mechanism, so as to support the development of collective intelligence in teachers training to a large extent. This article also puts forward the design project of the function model of the knowledge management , the frame-work of the structure of the system, and multi-agent.
