摘要
制度创新是区域可持续发展的重要机制,实现区域可持续发展,不能沿袭传统的制度机制和管理方式,必须建立完整的与区域可持续发展要求相适应的制度体系和管理模式,构筑有利于区域可持续发展的制度创新框架。
Creation of new systems and regulations is an important mechanism in regional sustainable development (RSD) . In order to cany out RSD, we must give up some of the traditional institution, regulations and management, and establish new ones that can meet the need of RSD, and constitute a new framework of institution and regulations.
