To Encourage and Develop National Spirit in the Construction of Young People's Culture

青年文化属于社会亚文化范畴,它与社会主导文化总是处在偏离与整合的双向互动过程中。由此决定了青年文化建设过程中必须以中国特色社会主义先进文化为主导,把大力弘扬和培育伟大的中华民族精神作为一项极其重要而紧迫的任务。

Young people's culture belongs to subculture. It is always isolated from and connected with leading culture in society. This determines that the construction of young people's culture should be led by the advanced culture with socialist characteristics and that we should take it as an important and pressing task to encourage and develop our great national spirit.
