加强未成年人思想道德建设和法律保护的若干思考

Reflection on How to Strengthen Juveniles' Moral Education and Protect Them Legally

杭州青少年研究所与浙江省政协社会法制委员会就浙江省未成年人思想道德建设展开调查研究,提出:确保未成年人的受教育权;健全社区社工、志愿者网络,关怀特殊家庭的未成年人;加强矫治帮助、完善“两法”、制定程序法、全面加强未成年人的司法保护;设立未成年人独立执法机构,建立协调联动机制,真抓实干等建议,优化浙江省的未成年人成长环境,促进未成年人健康成长。

Hangzhou Juveniles Research Institute and Zhejiang Legal Committee of People's Political Consultative Conference have made a study of juveniles' moral education and made sure that juveniles have the right to be educated. They put forward some suggestions that we should improve the community internet of social workers and volunteers, take good care of the juveniles in special families, help to better the process of making 'two laws' and provide legal protection for them. Meanwhile, we should set up an independent law enforcement agency and coordination system in order to get a good environment in which they can grow up healthily.
