摘要
在快速启动现代化建设战略全局的历史时期,我国出现了高校毕业生就业难和用人单位选才难的矛盾局面。如果高校毕业生就业的外部环境和内部工作机制没有进一步的改善,大学生就业的形势必将越来越严峻。
At the historical peorid of quickening modernization, there appears a contradictory situation. While it is hard for graduates to look for jobs, it is equally difficult for units to choose talents. If the external environment and internal working system are not improved, the situation in which graduates' employment will get worse and worse.
