Grasslands Full of Life

夏日的草原明亮而又宁静.清晨,它似才出浴的少女,从如水的月光中脱颖而出,又以清新秀丽的姿容躺卧在蓝天下,蝉翼般透明的晨风覆盖着它,起伏逶迤地盖满一座座小草丘,又悠悠而下,伸延着,像碧蓝的大海静穆地起伏,渐渐向天边伸去.

The grasslands in the Aba Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province are really charming. In early spring, the exhilarating atmosphere of all things springing into life fills the air while traces of winter are still visible. A few peach trees in blossom embellish the valley. Wild grass and flowers, such as dandelion quietly cover the mountain slopes and gulleys, longing for their luxuriance. In summer, myriad flowers bloom in all their beauty amidst a blanket of blackish green. The snow-capped peaks tower in the distance against the blue skies. The tranquility is bustled with all things on earth vying with one another for growth. In autumn, layer upon layer of foliages is a riot of color, which is mirrored in the turquoise lake. The rock veins of rugged hills standing nearby look vigorous. Autumn hue of crimson and yellow is a feast for the eyes. In winter, the mountains and valleys are carpeted with white snow and the waters are frozen. The whole world looks like the heaven-made Crystal Palace of the Dragon King with carved balustrades and marble steps as white as pure jade.
