摘要
城市三级安全监控体系 (市、区县、街道 )的建立与完善对于我国大中型城市安全生产的长效监管起着关键的作用。介绍该体系的法律基础、建立过程与基本内容。重点论述了在当前形势下巩固该体系的基本途径是建立完整的支持和保障体系以及科学的运行机制。
It plays a key role in management and supervisory of our city safe production to establish and perfect the three-class supervisory system of the city safety.The paper introduces the legal basis,establishing process and basic content.It stresses that the basic way of consolidating the system in present situation is to establish perfect guarantee system and scientific operation system.
