摘要
秦皇岛市2003年城市竞争力在全国比较重要的城市中排第40位,但其核心竞争力中人才本体竞争力排序第49位,说明核心竞争力较弱,其原因是人才的技术、能力、价值取向、创业精神、创新意识较差,为此,应采取提高认识,更新观念,吸引人才,培养年青人才,加大投入等对策。
In 2003, in comparably important cities of China, competitive ability of Qinhuang-dao city was in the 40th position, but the talent competitive ability was the 49th in core competitive ability. It shows that core competitive ability is a little weak. The reason is that talents' technique, ability, orientation of value, undertaking spirit and consciousness of creation are comparably weak. So we should heighten our cognition, change our conception, draw talents, foster young talents, enlarge investment, ect.
