摘要
远程教育教学过程实质是导学。导学模式的主要内容是:导向、导能、导法、导修、导评与导探。远程教育的导学模式要求教师变“教”为“导”,教师在教学中的中心地位让位于学生和学生的自主学习,教育者变成了学生的自主学习的引导者、协助者、参谋和顾问,学生则真正变成了学习的主人。导学模式的探索是长期的,需要整体推进及理顺并处理好教师导学与学生自主学习的关系。
The essence of the teaching process of distance education is guided-learning. The mode of guided-learning mainly contains orientation-guide, ability-guide, method-guide, study-guide, assessment-guide and exploration-guide. The mode of guided-learning requires teachers to turn from 'teaching' to 'guiding'. The central position of teacher gives place to students and students' autonomous learning in the process of teaching and learning. Teachers are changed their roles to guiders, assistants, advisors and consultants for students to study autonomously. Thus, students become the masters of their own study. The exploration to guided-learning is a long-term task that requires moving forward as a whole and clearing up the relationship between guided-learning by teacher and autonomous learning by students.
