摘要
本文探析了在现代信息技术支持下的远程开放教育精品课程开发的新理念、新定位与机制,目的是普及与深化开放教育课程精品意识,最终能开发出更多更优质的课程资源,提高开放教育人才培养的质量和水平。
This paper studies the new theory, new orientation and mechanism for developing excellent courses for open education with the support of modern information technology. It aims at building up consciousness for excellent courses for distance education so as to cultivate more qualified and competent students with more excellent courses.
