网络审稿人的选择及实现方法

为提高学术期刊的审稿质量,尝试实行网络审稿。适合进行网络审稿的网站主要是期刊网站。网络中寻找审稿人有三个步骤:首先选择适当的网站,其次从期刊网站中审查文稿的创新性,再者,通过对文题题目、参考文献的作者和文题、分类号的查询来最终确定审稿人。通过网络审稿,提高了审稿质量,也提高了审稿时效。

Reviewing on net is attempted for the purpose of improving the quality of reviewing of academic periodicals. Normally there are three steps for searching the reviewers, i.e. selection of suitable websites, judging the creativity of the paper from periodical websites and finalizing the reviewers by searching the title of a paper, authors of references and classified index. By reviewing on net, the quality of paper reviewing is improves, and so is the efficiency.
