谈自由贸易区——兼论中国—东盟自由贸易区的建立及其对广西的影响

自由贸易区作为经济全球化和区域经济一体化的产物,自产生以来,对促进贸易发展和经济增长发挥着重要的积极作用。尤其是2001年11月中国—东盟自由贸易区的提出,近三年里,成为国内外舆论关注的热点。加深对中国—东盟自由贸易区的认识,成为社会各阶层的普遍要求;中国—东盟自由贸易区对中国特别是对广西的影响及广西所应采取的应对措施,成为学术界和有关部门积极探讨的迫切课题。笔者试图借助已有的成果和资料,对中国—东盟自由贸易区建立的背景、条件、特点及其对广西的影响做些分析,为加深认识和探讨应对措施奉上一层薄薄的铺垫。

FTA, being the product of economic globalization and integration of regional economy has been playing an important active role in promoting trade development and economic growth. The author, with the help of existing results and information, analyses the background, condition and features on the establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area (CAFTA), as well as the influence of its establishment on Guangxi, which is expected to offer more help to deepening understanding and exploring to countermeasures to be taken.
