电大开放教育的期刊要进行改革,编辑人员必须要有市场意识,要参与市场竞争,重视期刊的策划,实行开放式的办刊,加强与作者、读者的联系和沟通,不断解决办刊道路上存在的问题,使电大学术期刊越办越好。

To reform the Journal for Open Education of RTVU, staff of the editorial board must be provided with sense of market in market competition. They must not only attach high importance to the planning of the journal and run the journal openly, but also reinforce the contact and communicate with readers so as to solve the problems and manage the journal well.
