羊膜移植联合湿润烧伤膏治疗急性期角膜碱烧伤的实验研究

THE EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF COMBINED AMNION TRANSPLANTATION AND MOIST BURN OINTMENT FOR TREATMENT OF ACUTE ALKALINE BURN OF CORNEA IN RABBIT

目的 :探讨羊膜移植联合湿润烧伤膏对急性期角膜碱烧伤的影响。方法 :采用兔角膜碱烧伤模型 ,比较湿润烧伤膏以及羊膜覆盖法联合应用与两者单用的治疗效果。结果 :两者联合应用可进一步促进角膜上皮修复 ,减少胶原纤维的断裂溶解 ,结膜充血情况明显改善。结论

Objective:To investigate the effect of combined amnion transplantation and coating of moist burn ointment on acute alkaline burn of rabbit cornea.Methods:In the rabbit model of acute alkaline burn of cornea,the therapeutic effect of combined amnion transplantation and moist burn ointment was compared with that of amnion transplantation or moist burn ointment alone.Results:combined amnion transplantation and moist burn ointment can further promote repair of corneal epithelium,reduce fragmentation and dissolution of collagen fibers,and improve conjunctival congestion.Conclusion:The curative effect of combined amnion transplantation and coating of moist burn ointment was superior to that of amnion transplantation or coating of moist burn ointment alone,so the combined method is worth better researching.
