儿茶解毒冲剂治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的临床研究

RESPONSES OF ORAL LICHEN PLANUS OF EROSIVE TYPE TO CATECHU

目的 :研究儿茶解毒冲剂对糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的临床治疗效果。方法 :抽取本院口腔粘膜科和协作医院门诊的患者 1 0 0例 ,随机分为两组。实验组用儿茶解毒冲剂治疗 ;对照组按常规处理 ,口服昆明山海棠片。两组患者均治疗 2～ 3个疗程。结果 :实验组疗效明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1 )。结论

Objective:To explore clinical responses of oral lichen planus of erosive type to catechu.Methods:100 patients with oral lichen planus in Division of Oral Medicine in Jining Stomatological Hospital and collaborative hospitals were randomly divided into 2 groups.Patients in one group were treated with catechu,a n d in the other group underwent routine treatment for 2 3 courses.Results:The conditions of patients in the group treated with catechu improved better than those in the group treated routinely and there was a significant difference ( P <0 05) between the effects of these 2 groups.Conclusion:Patients with oral lichen planus of erosive type responded to catechu well.
