On the identification of the ownership of ships

结合船舶所有人具有不同形态的特点,在分析了人们对船舶所有人识别存在问题的基础上,提出了对船舶所有人的识别应当考虑登记在不同船舶所有权变动模式中的作用以及由此对船舶所有人识别的影响,并提出了相应的立法建议。

Grounded with the different manifesting features of ship owners, this paper first analyzes the problems commonly arisen in identifying the ship owners, and then puts forward the idea that the identification of the ownership of ships should take into account the function of registration in different modes of changes of ownerships and their subsequent impact. Finally the paper provides some corresponding legislation suggestions.
