论海上救助特别补偿制度的新发展——兼论我国海上救助特别补偿制度的完善

The essay discloses the inherent defect of the special compensation system which fails to keep a good balance between the parties concerned. With details of the new development of the special compensation system, this paper tells the inner relations between the development and the defect. In the end, proposals to perfect the special compensation system in CMC are framed to this extent.
