With the entrance to the new century, many changes appear in the world, such as: with the India military force's quite rising, many disputes appear in Kashmir; the “9.11” event threatening the world with terrorism; U.S.A starting fight with Iraq without the authorization of united nation; the Taiwan Independence forces being arrogant again; China putting forward the new way of peaceful rise. Standing at the starting point of the new century and facing the world with rapid changes, we can't help pursuing the backward nature through the complicated phenomenon. Through the thought of world situation, the essay mainly makes some reflection on the basic characteristics of the world politics. [
