摘要
本文利用XGY-1012型原子荧光光谱仪,将湿法消化后的粮食、蔬菜进行硒含量的测定。本方法简便、快速,加标回收率在86～112%之间,相对偏差小于5.0%。
Se in grains and vegetables were determined by XGY-1012 after the sample dissolving using admixture acid.The method was simple and fast.The average recoveries were between 86～112%,and the RSD was less than 5.0%.
