Upholding the strategy of people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development is the fundamental guideline to both the building of a well-off society in an all-round way and the accomplishment of modernization. To create a healthy environment for social and economic development, public security troops especially the leading cadres must be keenly aware of the importance of such a strategy in safeguarding stability, unite their minds under such a strategy and promote public security work with the strategy.
